EMC bought over Clariion systems. EMC is using Clarify based Customer support system and Clariion was using Remedy's ARS for their customer support. It is a huge investment to merge both the systems into a single system.
Roshi Tech, Inc provided a "Bridge" between the Clarify and Remedy's ARS system. The client request are all handled by EMC's customer support system and the support requests related to the Clariion products will be replicated to the ARS system. Engineers / customer support personnel will access the ARS system and fix the same. The information between both the systems are synchronized to keep both the ARS and Clarify based records up-to-date by the bridge software built by Roshi Tech.
